In this role, the analyst will be responsible for supporting the CommEx team in critical tasks for the business, such as agile purchases, bidding contracts and direct deals, guarantee bonds, fines, investments in clients, contracts and follow-up of capex.

**Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities**

Agile purchases: research, notify and participate in agile purchases of CSS, Ethicon and DPS through Falconsoft platform.

Contracts: send the contracts to the legal area for review with their respective exempt resolution, bases and guarantee ticket, follow up, coordinate the signing of the legal representatives, send the contracts to the center and ensure their return with both signatures.

Request for guarantee tickets: request the signatures by PKI, entry of the tickets to the emarketplace, coordination with the R2P team, coordination with the motoboy and for the delivery to the different centers.

Fines: receive the fine, notify the franchises, validate that the fine corresponds to deliver, manage the payment in the emarketplace and notify I2C of the payment of the fine.

Status monitoring of approved Capex projects (investments in clients)

Monitoring of contracts pending regularization and the execution of their action plans

Monthly monitoring of the location of the assets in commodatum, identification number in ICD, and control of maturities, in addition quarterly monitoring of the location of the assets for demo/backup

**Qualifications**:
**Required Minimum Education**:Highschool

**Required Years of Related Experience**: At least 1-2 years

**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
