Position Responsibilities

Strategy
- Responsible for the stability, quality, maintenance, and enhancements of CI/CD Applications used by the team and the Enterprise such as Jenkins, Chef, GitLab, Nexus and MediaWiki.
- Stay abreast of technology industry trends and best practices.Delivery Planning and Execution- Create, prioritize, plan, and execute DevOps related enhancement requests with CCoE Architecture team.
- Reduce development lifecycle and support by utilizing Agile methodologies.

Technology/Operational / Risk Control
- Provide oversight and leadership to manage multiple complex development requests and initiatives that deliver high-quality systems on schedule, on budget, and to the committed scope.
- Cultivate good system management disciplines including clearly defined and documented roles and responsibilities, documented phase processes and checkpoints, and detailed planning for system deployment.
- Ensures compliance and control activities support technology and enterprise business objectives and are aligned with executive risk tolerances and expectations.

Leadership- Manage and develop team cultivating a spirit of one team with shared goals and objectives.
- Select, motivate, and retain high performing team members.

Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other applicable degree
- At least 10+ years of experience in a medium to large-scale enterprise IT capacity
- At least 5+ years leading a successful DevOps operations team.- Experience managing an operations team and 24x7 oncall rotation.
- Must have demonstrated the ability to lead, coach and mentor others.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to present to all levels of management
