Senior Manager Operations Technology

Signant Health is seeking a talented and adaptable Senior Manager to lead our Operations Technology initiatives with Certinia as the core operational platform. In this key role, you will drive the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of Certinia and related technologies to improve efficiency across the organization. You will work within a matrix team structure, collaborating with various departments to align efforts and achieve common goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead a cross-functional matrix team of technology specialists, business analysts, and department representatives to continuously improve Certinia and related systems.
- Develop strategies to maximize the value of Certinia within our operational technology ecosystem.
- Coordinate with department managers to ensure projects are appropriately resourced and prioritized.
- Foster collaboration and communication between diverse teams to ensure smooth Certinia integration and optimization.
- Create and maintain a roadmap for Certinia enhancements and integrations, aligning with company goals.
- Oversee change management initiatives to support the adoption of new Certinia features and processes.
- Track and report KPIs to measure the effectiveness of Certinia and related technology initiatives.
- Ensure best practices for Certinia usage, data management, and system security are implemented across the organization.
- Manage relationships with Certinia support teams and other vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to upper management on Certinia’s status and performance.
- Mentor and develop team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in operations technology management, with hands on experience with Certinia.
- Proven track record in leading Certinia implementations or major enhancement projects within a matrix or cross-functional environment.
- Strong understanding of business operations and how Certinia can drive operational efficiency.
- Experience influencing teams in a matrix structure without direct authority.
- Knowledge of system integrations, data management, and reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certinia administration certification required; additional certifications in project management or related areas are a plus.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships at all levels.
