Job Description:
Vizergy, an award winning hotel internet marketing firm, is seeking a highly talented Account Coordinator. An ideal Account Coordinator will be a detail conscious individual who wants to work with a dynamic, industry leading team. The position holder will be responsible for managing assigned cases, handling phone queue, technical support of various products and managing projects using Salesforce. The platform is currently used by Vizergy to track accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, products, projects, assignments, and other custom data.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting all clients without a dedicated Account Manager
- Develop a working knowledge of SECURE-REZ and Saber booking engines and GDS to assist with client support
- Handle the phone queue, taking incoming calls and transferring calls to other departments
- Training clients on how to use various Vizergy products
- Update Salesforce with current contact information for clients and researching undeliverable invoices
- Print and mail all invoices
- Carry after hours emergency phone
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Hotel experience managing reservations and third party booking sites
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Detail orientated, with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience managing multiple accounts monthly and performing annual reviews
- Experience using: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
PLUSES
- At least 2 years of hotel experience
- Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM software)
