Main Tasks

The main objective of this role is to provide project management for Marel Software service and sales projects
- Accountable for the delivery of the Statement of Work per installation project
- Accountable for the delivery of the High Light Report as per preparation for Steering committee meetings
- Accountable for all Marel Software project activities and deliverables
- Adhere to the Marel Software project delivery methodology
- Plan project activities with the customer, in line with the overall project plan
- Build a strong relationship with the customer during the project phase
- Achieving project KPIs
- Deliver a solution that adds value to the customer is within the scope of the contract
- Manage the Maintain a list of out of change requests and communicate that to the customer and the sales team
- Reporting the status of a L1 and L2 project to the regional manager
- Reporting the status of a L3 project or L1+L2 issue project to the Project delivery board
- Collaborating with the Manager of the Global Project Delivery Team to ensure that the project is adequately staffed/executed for a successful delivery
- Support pricing of implementations and service jobs
- Delivery of special projects assigned by manager

Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of principles and processes of project delivery
- Basic knowledge of the Marel Software products and processes or similar technologies/industries
- Ability to execute agreed tasks & deadlines against project performance criteria (KPI)
- Management and motivation of people, gaining commitment from both internal colleagues and customers
- Organized with excellent oral and written communication skills
- The ability to maintain a level head while under pressure

Education, Knowledge, and Experience
- A University degree in Project Management (Prince2, IPMA, PMI, PMBOK)
- Experience managing software projects
- Good English skills, both written and verbal
- Willing to travel (up to 25%) of your time
- Experience with and comfort working in multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization is an advantage
- Food processing knowledge is a considered a plus
- Profound process change management is considered a plus
