**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and quality goals.
- Define and implement a comprehensive testing architecture and strategy for software projects.
- Design and oversee the implementation of test frameworks and automated testing solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of Test Engineers in executing test plans and test cases.
- Conduct reviews of test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
- Collaborate with development and quality assurance teams to ensure effective testing processes.
- Evaluate and recommend testing tools and technologies to improve efficiency.
- Provide guidance on best practices for testing within an agile development environment.
- Conduct regular assessments of testing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in testing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Test Architect or in a similar leadership role.
- In-depth understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing test frameworks and automation solutions.
- Proficiency in scripting languages for test automation (e.g., Python, Java).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Leadership and mentoring abilities with experience leading a testing team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Understanding of different types of testing (e.g., functional, integration, performance).
- Previous experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
