**Obesity Marketing Coordinator**

**The Position**
As Marketing Coordinator, you will be in charge on developing and execute the strategic marketing plan for Obesity in Chile, including budget preparation, monitoring of sales, local expenses, promotional material, business insights and tactical plan consolidation and execution. KOL development and engagement. Sales Force development, follow-up and engagement. Identification of business opportunities and development of digital channels for Obesity Brands and in the future for new launches.
Also, you will be Novo Nordisk Contact Person of multichannel platforms and strategic marketing vendors.
Main responsibilities:
- Development and execution of strategic marketing plan for Obesity in Chile: Strategic Marketing (marketing annual plan preparation); Develop market understanding to enhance the marketing plans; Communication, facilitation and follow-up of marketing programs to all areas involved to ensure alignment with company strategies; Execution of promotional materials, campaigns; organize, plan and define the medical events and congresses as part of the business strategies etc.
- Target and Segmentation of clients and implementation with sales force:Insight generation based on numeric and/or fact-based analysis; In depth analysis of market trend and executions to plans in order to take up opportunities.
- Development of digital channels for Obesity Brands: Ensure alignment with our local requirements; Support and push initiatives in digital platforms; Be the touchpoint for innovative global initiatives; Ensure compliance to legal and regulatory affairs local requirements
- Novo Nordisk Contact Person of multichannel platforms and strategic marketing vendors: Alignment on multichannel platforms and interaction with Novo Nordisk business units; Management of key vendors as design agency, logistics, etc.; Cascade global platforms and solutions to Chile affiliate
- Development of promotional material and sales tools: Coordination and execution of promotional materials aligned to the marketing strategy; Development and implementation of effective sales tools; Management of adaptation or creation of promotional materials with agencies and designers; Planning the distribution of printed material with the Sales Force and logistic operator;
- Development and Testing of Promotional Messages: Design and execution of Market Research relate to promotion in partnership with Business Intelligence; Testing and design of promotional messages; Testing messages per HCP segment; Design of promotional storytelling for sales force execution; Implementation with sales force
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering. Master degree (desired)
- Fluent both English and Spanish.
- 2 years of proven experience in marketing area
- Teamwork oriented; Proven ability to execute plans & follow up; Innovative; Self
- initiative; Excel proficiency; Problems analysis and timely decision taking; Strategic thinking and business vision
