If you are looking for a fast-paced environment where you will learn a ton, will be surrounded by great peers, and will be a fundamental part of a fast growing startup, look no further. **What you will do at Topsort** - Lead the design and architecture of the Auction Engine. - Provide technical mentorship to the backend team. - Optimize performance and scalability of backend services. - Drive innovation and best practices in backend development. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 8+ years of experience in backend development with Go. - Proven experience in leading complex projects and teams. **Skills** - Expertise in Go and deep knowledge of backend architectures. - Strong skills in distributed systems, microservices, and real-time data processing. - Ability to evaluate and integrate new technologies..
