We create specialized courses that teach professionals how to effectively use AI tools in real-world development workflows, **as well as programs for business professionals looking to leverage AI in management, automation, and everyday work processes.**

**Who are we looking for?**

We are seeking experienced developers and technical experts for the role of Instructors in our AI-assisted programming educational program. **We're also looking for skilled educators, trainers, and practitioners in AI automation, soft skills development, and business transformation.** You can join us on a part-time basis, leading interactive live sessions and workshops for professional developers **and business audiences**.

**Requirements**:
**Professional Experience** (varies by role):

- **For AI Automation roles**: 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI automation and workflow design
- **For Soft Skills/Management roles**: 3+ years in digital-focused roles such as EdTech, L&D, Instructional Design, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or Product Management
- **For Business Transformation roles**: 5+ years in strategy, organizational development, change management, HR, or consulting

**Technical & Domain Expertise** (role-specific):

- AI Automation Instructors should have:_

- Practical experience with automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate)
- Experience with AI platforms and APIs (ChatGPT, OpenAI API, Claude, Llama, Copilot)
- Familiarity with productivity and visualization tools (Miro, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace)
- Experience with RPA platforms (UiPath or similar)
- Solid understanding of AI integration principles (APIs, webhooks, data handling, model outputs)
- Business Transformation Instructors should have:_

- Strong understanding of organizational transformations (digital, cultural, strategic, crisis-driven)
- Ability to connect strategy, structure, culture, and people
- Knowledge of change and communication management, leadership dynamics, culture building, employee engagement, and resistance management
- Understanding of redesigning roles and skills amid automation and AI adoption
- Experience in large corporations, banks, or IT companies is a plus
- Soft Skills/Management Instructors should have:_

- Experience conducting training on soft skills, leadership, and managerial competencies

**Teaching & Facilitation Skills**:

- Proven experience conducting online training sessions, workshops, or webinars (internal or public)
- Excellent communication skills — ability to explain complex or technical concepts in clear, accessible language to non-technical audiences
- Ability to facilitate engaging, interactive virtual sessions
- Comfortable working with prepared materials while adapting delivery to student needs
- Ability to improvise and independently prepare supplementary session materials when necessary

**Language Requirements**:

- English proficiency: B2 or higher (spoken and written)
- _ For specific roles:_ Fluent conversational proficiency in Spanish

**Technology & AI Literacy**:

- Comfortable utilizing AI-driven tools (LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude) to streamline routine and creative tasks
- _ For AI-focused roles:_ Knowledge of legal, ethical, and compliance considerations in AI and automation (data privacy, governance, responsible use)
- _ For Business Transformation roles:_ Genuine interest in AI adoption and its impact on people, processes, and culture

**Time Commitment & Availability**:

- Availability to dedicate 10-15 hours per week on a flexible schedule
- Willingness to occasionally work weekends
- Ability to work within European or Latin American time zones (varies by role)
- Interest in long-term, project-based cooperation

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Understanding of motivational design principles in education
- Coaching skills or certification in coaching techniques (ICF, EMCC, etc.)
- _ For Business Transformation roles:_ Certifications in strategy, change management, HR, or leadership (Prosci, PMI, CIPD, INSEAD, IMD, etc.)
- Experience working with diverse, international student populations
