- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.
- Data Analysis: Knowledge in BI (Business Intelligence), market analysis tools, and product metrics (NPS, conversion, churn).
- User Research: Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods to consolidate insights.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products to market.
- Ability to work at both portfolio and product levels — defining and executing a strategy, shaping a vision, and translating it into a roadmap with clear business and customer value-based success measures.
- Experience in user research and a deep understanding of design methods and processes.

- Strong understanding of agile software development practices and product maintenance/support processes.
