En Sika Chile, empresa suiza, líder en soluciones químicas para la construcción y la industria, estamos en búsqueda de un **Market Developer** el cual se integrará al equipo de **Marketing** de la compañía. Este es un rol de altos desafíos, donde buscamos gente que sea capaz de adaptarse a los cambios de la operación, sin perder el orden y metodología, para alcanzar estándares de excelencia.
**Descripción del empleo**
El objetivo principal de esta posición es ser responsable el desarrollo y mantención de productos durante todo el ciclo de vida, además de velar por la maximización del beneficio controlando márgenes y precios, además de entregar soluciones de valor mejorando los márgenes de estos, además debe tener una alta presencia en terrero desarrollando diversas actividades apoyados del área MKT.

Esto es sólo una mirada general de lo que necesitamos que desempeñes en nuestra Compañía.
- Desarrollar productos competitivos, siendo el nexo entre necesidades del mercado y R&D
- Posicionar las categorías y productos en el mercado.
- Difundir conceptos y especificaciones, a través de herramientas de marketing y comunicación existentes.
- Entregar soporte en charlas y actividades promocionales lideradas por MKT tanto interna como externamente.
- Elaborar reportes mensuales, basados en datos de mercado.
- Diseñar e implementar planes de lanzamiento y campañas de promoción.
- Participar de las reuniones de coordinación, expert team y feedback.

**Requisitos**
Egresado y/o titulado de carreras como Ingeniería Civil, Construcción o carrera afín co especialización en MKT y Ventas de productos técnicos.

Inglés Avanzado.

Mínimo 3 años de experiência en cargos relacionados.
