For our activities at RZ Chile, we are searching for a Technician Seed Production Research to support the local and international activities.

Within this role, you will be responsible for understanding current issues related to seed production and its feasibility. Your duties will include designing trials, collecting data, evaluating results, and presenting and discussing hypotheses and conclusions with the Production team and Seed Tech from Netherlands.
- All activities will be conducted in close collaboration with the Production team and Seed Technology Research.Your contribution.

We are seeking a Technician Seed Production Research with:

- University degree in Agronomy or similar.
- Relevant work experience.
- Interest in field research, developing trials, and improving seed production is essential.

Additionally, you should be highly organized with strong communication skills. We are looking for a local expert who is not afraid to make use of existing in-company expertise and processes.

In addition to academic qualifications, we are looking for a work teammate who is practical and unafraid of getting their hands and feet dirty in the field.

Due to close contact with departments in Holland, a good level of English is required.

- As Technician Seed Production Research you will be a part of Rijk Zwaan Chile team. Rijk Zwaan Chile is a subsidiary founded in 2007, active in seed production and commerce areas. Production activities are developed in two Homefarms, and we have also activities with external growers. As Technician Seed Production Research, you report hierarchically to the Managing Directors of RZ Chile and functionally, to local Production Manager. Though most of time you will work in Curacaví Homefarm, you will travel for visiting external trials frequently.Interested?
