**Senior Quality Assurance Specialist**

**A DAY IN YOUR LIFE**
- Review specifications to ensure full understanding of deliverables
- Understand and identify test requirements from specifications or verbal communications
- Develop, document and maintain clear and concise functional test plans and test cases
- Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results
- Ensure deliverables meet specifications and requirements
- Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes
- Liaison with development, project management, and customer on quality and project scope and deliverables
- Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and communicate through appropriate channels
- Participate in key ceremonies throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate in an Agile environment along with a dynamic team composed of software developers, architects, and project managers
- Take ownership of Quality at every stage of the delivery process
**MUST-HAVES**
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position
- Degree in computer science or software engineering (an asset)
- Experience with Quality Assurance processes
- Knowledge of financial and/or insurance industries is a strong asset
- Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Ability to communicate, write and synthesize information
- Knowledge of relational databases and scripting automated tests (SQL, SoapUI, Selenium, Neoload C#, Java)
- Strong sense of organization and prioritizing
