Bilingual Hostel Receptionist

We are looking for a receptionist to join our team.

Is hospitality your best friend?

Were you born to be in the tourism industry?

Can you debate in English whether pastel de choclo or empanadas are better?

Do you meet the requirements for the position?

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION

1) Experience of at least 2 years in similar positions in the hotel industry (EXCLUENT).

2) Customer service oriented.

3) Excellent command of English and Spanish. Additional languages are a plus.

4) Deal if you live near Cerro Alegre or surrounding area.

5) Great interpersonal relations, with your team, guests and suppliers.

6) Great disposition and positive attitude.

7) Responsibility, commitment and punctuality.

8) Knowledge and use of Word and Excel.

9) Flexibility. We are learning and improving every day. There are sure to be changes, in processes, methodologies, etc. We are all part of the change so any proposal you have will be appreciated and if it is good we will implement it for sure.

10) Physical condition for the execution of manual labor and work that involves going up and down stairs.
