- En Falabella Tecnología buscamos un Senior Fullstack Software Engineer para sumarse al equipo de Gerencia de IT Customer Care.

- El desafío principal del cargo es centrarse en el desarrollo de APIs robustas que puedan escalar y en el desarrollo de interfaces de usuario, que interactúen con las aplicaciones de nuestros clientes de forma estable, intuitiva y segura. Trabajarás con una mentalidad DevOps asumiendo la responsabilidad de tu trabajo de principio a fin y aprovechando un alto grado de automatización. Trabajarás con equipos ágiles multigeográficos que trabajan en diferentes capas de la plataforma y la infraestructura, por lo tanto, la resolución colaborativa de problemas y la calidad del producto es clave para este papel.
- Buscamos:
- Experiência en desarrollo ágil en un entorno de ritmo rápido; experiência de trabajo en equipos pequeños/pods/escuadrones (muy deseable).
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
- Jugador de equipo y capacidad para trabajar con diferentes equipos multiculturales.
- Actitud proactiva para identificar problemas y aportar soluciones

Requerimientos del cargo
- Familiarity with front-end build pipeline & tools.
- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Engineering Graduates or Postgraduates with more than 7 years of experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Node.JS, React, Angular or similars.
- Knowledge and understanding of EventLoop architecture, proficiency in REST-ful APIs, Node Debugging.
- Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.
- Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors such as Stylus, SASS etc.
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
