**Job Description**:

As Coding Specialist, you will be responsible of coding the answers to our surveys to ensure consistent variables and correct segmentation to obtain the data.
As a Coding Specialist you will have the following key accountabilities:
- Data process (barwin/spss,etc..)
- Coding different variables
- Ensure accurate data and consistent files
- Realize the special analysis: conjoint, factorial
- Collaborate with the Scripters to improve our surveys
Now that we've introduced you to the position as Coding Specialist what skill, qualifications and experience should you have?
- Recently graduated in Statistics, Market Research, Mathematics or similar
- Knowledge of tabulation tools such as SPSS or Excel
- Basic programming skills (C++, Javascript, R, etc)
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Good team work and management skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Perfection
