As Marketing & Comms Manager, you contribute to added customer value, a strong brand, and increased sales by ensuring a strong execution of Marketing and Communications activity plans and projects.

You lead the Media, PR & Communication and Content teams in accordance with H&M values, standards, policies and procedures. You work closely with the regional & full Sales Market team to ensure that both short-and long-term plans that deliver the biggest value to the customer & business.

**Some of your responsibilities**:

- Resources & cross team collaboration to get ultimate effect towards the customers and business. Prioritize actions for the team to execute on regional strategies while maximizing impact on customer value, while keeping a balanced workload in the team.
- Leading key prioritized 360 projects at Sales Market level and supporting team in strategic projects and decisions.
- Set, follow up and report on KPIs and objectives connected to brand, project & content responsibility, showing the connection to added customer value and selling when possible.
- Supports the team by planning, forecasting and signing off on budgets within the market based on regional guidance.
- Manage and optimize project budget with a cost-conscious mindset to maximize business value.
- Identify and execute on customer growth potential in line with regional & global strategy.
- Foster opportunities for local relevance to drive a strong commercial plan aligned with our Brand direction.
- Secure optimum execution of the activity plan, adapted to cover local commercial needs.
- You secure the optimum local communications plan in accordance with the global comm. plan & aligned with regional priorities.
- Together with the PR & Comms manager, you act as an advisor on local communications issues together with HO.
- Create conditions to enable performance of teams and individuals across Media, PR & Communication and content.
- Identify and develop talents in order to build (future) organization and diverse team.
- Strengthen team and foster collaboration.
- Secure cross-functional collaborations with other functions and HO for the team.

**Qualifications**
As Marketing & Comms Manager you have a strong customer centric and commercial focus with ability to drive results and work towards goals, execute on plans with a proven track record of leading others. Strong leadership and management skills are crucial to guide and motivate team members, set goals, allocate budget, and ensure plans are completed on time and within budget according to our overall business goals.

**Besides your personality we see that you have / are**:

- Marketing, communication or business degree/relevant qualifications - if not, at least 7-10 years of working experience in marketing and media, with +3 years in leader roles
- Previous experience from managing teams in a multichannel retail environment is a given; proven track record of delivering strategies and solutions that drive business results.
- Knowledge of setting and following up KPI’s and budgets to demonstrate return of investment
- Have experience from setting and managing media budgets in collaboration with media agencies; Experience from producing & running 360 campaigns
- Strategic thinker with broad marketing & planning skills
- Have deep knowledge in how you build and grow a brand and customer base through the use of traditional and digital media channels
- Great communication and team collaboration skills
- Familiarity with relevant production management software and common communications tools
- High level of English and strong in local language, both spoken and written
- Fluent in Microsoft office - word, excel and power point
