**How will you make an impact in this role?**

The Business Development Analyst will be responsible for administrative management of the Chile legal entity acting as a key liaison for administrative and control processes. Additionally, will support the overall business management in Chile and Ecuador, lead the implementation of local marketing initiatives and the development of strategic partnerships with brands aligned with the company’s positioning to enhance brand visibility and customer value.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Administrative management of the Chile legal entity: Coordinate and execute all administrative, legal, and operational activities related to the Chile entity, in close collaboration with internal areas (Legal, Controllership, Compliance, among others) and vendors.

Implementation of marketing initiatives: Execute marketing and communication plans for Chile and Ecuador, managing vendors, budgets, approvals, and deliverables to ensure flawless local implementation of regional strategies.

Development of commercial partnerships: Identify, assess, and execute partnership opportunities with brands that share the company’s positioning, aiming to strengthen brand equity, increase visibility, and create additional value for customers.

Business support: Provide support for the Chile and Ecuador businesses, including performance tracking, reporting, and coordination with partners and internal stakeholders.

Control Management: Support the implementation and monitoring of internal control processes, audits, and compliance with corporate policies, ensuring timely delivery of information and proper documentation of procedures.

**Minimum Qualifications**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Economics, or related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative management, business development and marketing

- Strong coordination, relationship-building, and cross-functional communication skills.

- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Work experience in Banks and Payments
- English proficiency
