**About the Role**

At Essity Health & Medical we are looking for our Leadership Team, the Supply & Logistics Manager for BU Health & Medical in the South Cone, responsible of securing product availability, service level efficiency, optimize logistics and planning efficiency at the lowest possible costs. He/she must implement the roadmap of the Southern Cone region for the correct planning and supply of our solutions in Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Peru and Bolivia.

In this role you will report to the Customer Logistics Manager Latin America, with +7 direct reports. From this role you will continue to develop your career in the areas of the different businesses and of our Supply operations.

We are located in Lampa, Santiago de Chile.

**What You Will Do**
- Lead Planning, Import/Export, Warehousing, Distribution, Customer service, Quality and Regulatory processes.
- Drive and lead the S&OP process in South cone.
- Accountable for end-to-end logistics costs (from origin to customer distribution) and their impact on P&L.
- Safeguard service level at lowest cost and working capital efficiency.
- Logistic interface among sites, global warehouses and markets.
- Manage and improve main KPI’s (MAPE, BIAS;FEX, Sell in, Sell out, Fillrate, OTIF, inventories, etc), set and implement action plans to constantly improve.
- Support further system developments, tools and processes withing planning and logistics.
- Design and implement efficiency projects (cost, working capital, growth) and service level initiatives, accross the supply chain.
- Boost team talent.
- Collaborate with leadership team members.

**Who You Are**

A professional, Civil Industrial Engineer, with experience and profile to assume a management position, with more than 5 years in similar functions in multinational healthcare companies and experience in building and leading multicultural teams.

Professional with high analytical and adaptable capacity, holistic vision and with de ability to manage multiple variables. Collaborate with the team cross functionally.

Proficiency in English and knowledge in Norma Técnica 147 and ISO 13485 will be critical to the successful development of the position.

Must have knowledge and experience in Business Intelligence and planning tools, Masterdata, ERP management.
