- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and automated software delivery.
- Manage and optimize cloud AWS infrastructure for scalability, security, and performance.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure high availability and quick incident response.
- Automate repetitive tasks to enhance the efficiency of the development and operations teams.
- Collaborate with software engineers to streamline build and release processes, ensuring smooth integration of new features.
- Manage configuration management tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Puppet, Chef) to deploy changes consistently and reliably.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and scalability testing to ensure system reliability.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 4-6 years of experience in a DevOps, System Administration, or Cloud Engineer role.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, Docker Compose).
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (Bash, Python, or other scripting languages).
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Experience with NATS, which is an open-source messaging system.
- Strong understanding of version control systems (Git, GitLab, GitHub).
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix administration and system performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- C1 or above English level or equivalent.

**Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications)**:

- Certification in cloud platforms (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, etc).
- Experience with database management (SQL/NoSQL) and network infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in an agile team environment.
