**We are searching for the best talent for a Scrum Master Lead **to be located in Santiago, Chile.**

**Purpose**:
The Scrum master Lead will work in a cross-country environment supporting the Cluster Commercial Team, nonetheless, working in a regional landscape. He/She is responsible for implementing a new Agile ways of working in the Medical Devices Commercial teams and will play an important role by coaching and partnering with the Product Owners and the SQUAD members in order to offer solutions that match our external client´s strategic needs, ensuring the creation of value journeys that on a long-term basis, ensure the right offering, with the right methodology to get to the right customers.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Drive the Agile process and ceremonies as well as facilitate and conduct the commercial SQUADs continuous improvements.
- The Scrum Master helps the Product Owner in their efforts to manage the backlog and guide the team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope.
- Remove impediments in the organization to keep the pace of the SQUAD team.
- Develop people through coaching and by fostering a positive work environment.
- Promote the connection between the members of the multifunctional team, ensuring to collect multiple points of view and helping to the structure of a robust solution and a more “self-organized” group.
- Help the team improve and take responsibility for their actions; facilitates the team retrospective.
- Be the “transformation agent”, acting as the methodology reference for Agile at JnJ, strengthening the capability within the teams.

**Qualifications**:
**Education, Experience and Qualifications**
- Education level required: BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, Information Technology or similar. MBA or equivalent degree is desirable.
- Years of experience: 3-5 work experience as PMO, Scrum, commercial or supply chain are required.
- Project management skills/Agile methodology (such as ability to coordinate timelines, activities, report progress) and presentations.
- Strong communication skill, ability to work as a facilitator and connecting and interacting with different company levels.
- Capacity of organization, planning and communication, being able to work with agility and ensuring the cadence of day-to-day execution
- Previous experience as Scrum Master, with proven knowledge of Scrum and other Agile methodologies (e.g. SAFE) is desirable
- Knowledge of Medical Devices Business is desirable
- Advanced English is mandatory
