Location: Latin America, Chile, Santiago- Ref: JOHNCRANELATAM00840- Division: John Crane- Job Function: Operations**Job Description**: - Coordinate the activities of the supply chain (planning, purchasing, inventory, warehouse and dispatch); managing the flow of materials and information from the entry and analysis of the demand, the supply of components and the dispatch of the finished product; according to the requirements and expectations of the customer.Duties & Responsibilities - Coordinate and provide general technical support for the team, as well as create and supervise the area's own procedures. Manage processes and resources to ensure compliance with the level of customer service ("OTD" delivery compliance and "LT" cycle time)- Execute activities related to the analysis, monitoring, control and dispatch of orders (OV) - Define monthly and annual billing projections based on business opportunities. Manage compliance with the monthly goals of the customer (OTD).- Execute activities related to the analysis, follow-up, control and dispatch of orders (OV) - Define monthly and annual billing projections based on business opportunities - Manage the fulfillment of monthly billing goals. - Monitor and control week to week progress of invoicing and orders in pending status for credit, engineering, sales, etc - Ensure greater synchronization between purchasing and manufacturing processes. - Analyze and evaluate market conditions associated with suppliers of products, supplies and services. Attend internal and external audits of the area.- Manage closure of 8D's and corrective actions attributable to Supply Chain areas or assigned - Ensure that the processes under his/her responsibility generate the expected results in line with the strategic objectives of the organization. - Preparation of daily and month-end reports (Sales, Backlog Control,) requested by the Operations Management. - Participate in DAM meetings and conduct E3 meetings with your team - Elaboration of Business case corresponding to the area. The Individual **Education / Training**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Engineering or related.**Work Experience**: Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain processes (planning, purchasing, inventory, warehouse).**Knowledge / Skills**: Proficient in Supply Chain, management skills, logistics and project development. Domestic and import purchasing, Production planning and control, Inventory management, Warehouse management. ISO 9001, 14001, ISO 45001 (Desirable, not limited). - **Language**: Advanced level English (desired).**Leadership**: Situational leadership**Availability**: Full time Local and international eventual travels- Knowledge in QAD, SAP or similar ERP.- 100% on site work- Will have 2 direct reportsAbout Smiths About John Crane
