**Job Description**:
We are looking for a PA Trainer who is passionate about learning new skills and transferring that information to others. The initial focus is preparing education modules to train existing PAs in Ascend migrations and eventually assuming the role for instruction of all PAs (new and tenured). Those not experienced with Ascend will receive several months of training, performing the PA role of migrating campaigns from GVAP to Ascend. To stay current with the latest best practices and products, the PA Trainer may continue to occasionally process live programs.

Training responsibilities include:

- Creating and providing training for Processing Analysts (existing and new hire).
- Contact point for processing documentation.
- Assist with new product/process implementation.
- Producing multimedia training material, including written guides, videos, training activities, games, etc.
- Facilitate and maintain knowledge platforms such as the I&D WIKI Page by using software like: Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Video/audio recording software, etc.

Although not required, a batch processing background is preferred, especially if it includes our new Ascend platform. Experience in education is a plus, however guidance in the use of training tools such as the I&D WIKI page, Kahoot and video software will be provided.
**Expected tasks**:

- Create, maintain and facilitate training for Processing Analysts.
- Serve as a point of contact for documentation requirements.
- Assists with new product/process implementation.
- Assists with department’s efficiencies and migrations.
- Produce multimedia training material, such as written guides, videos, training activities, games, etc.
- Facilitates and maintains knowledge platforms by using software like: Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Camtasia or other video recorders, Audacity or other audio recorders, Snagit, Kahoot, etc.
- Assist with department quality initiatives.
- Stay on the cutting edge of new products and learning technology.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (full professional working proficiency).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as a Processing Analyst.
- 2+ years of experience in programs like: Prescreen, Account Review, Archive, Portfolio Scoring, Credit Attributes, Batch Credit Processing, Model Validation.
- 2+ years of experience of client facing/consultation roles.
- Strong knowledge of US credit industry.
- Good understanding of FCRA laws, regulations, and related acts.
- Good knowledge of database management concepts and principles.
- Strong knowledge of PC office software and segmentation tools.
- Excellent understanding of logical operands to capture and translate requirements into logical statements.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Background in learning and developments roles - preferred.
