**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and Apex code.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
- Customize Salesforce to meet specific business needs and processes.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and web services.
- Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity within Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain Lightning components and Visualforce pages.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce implementations.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II).
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and SOQL.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
- Knowledge of best practices for Salesforce development and deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

**Preferred Skills**:
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator).
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Knowledge of Salesforce DX and source-driven development.
- Familiarity with Salesforce communities and mobile development.
- Previous experience with agile development methodologies.
