Robert Half is seeking a Project Manager II - Global Privacy. In this role, you will plan and coordinate all aspects of internal global privacy projects. Projects typically involve planning and implementation of applicable local privacy and data protection laws into the company operations. You would also be expected to develop detailed project plans and manage implementation processes including project planning, resource management, progress tracking, issue management, risk management, and change control. Projects vary in number, size, and complexity.
Responsibilities include:
Design planning, such as
- Identifying projects and privacy effort stakeholders.
- Understanding and documenting key project parameters like business objective, customer, technical and functional scope.
- Identifying required level of efforts and documenting project resource plans that integrates and aligns with project work plan and budget.
- Developing project roadmaps and schedules.
Plan Development and Management, such as
- Managing privacy projects or efforts.
- Managing control changes to project scope, and schedule.
- Adjusting plans as needed to ensure successful delivery.
Progress Monitoring and Analysis, such as
- Measuring and analyzing progress against plan using objective, standard criteria.
- Identifying, analyzing, escalating, and facilitating resolution of issues affecting project scope, or schedule.
- Gathering metrics and reporting for measuring sprint progress.
Risk Management, such as
- Managing risks proactively and anticipating impacts to project delivery.
- Leading periodic risk assessments with project team members and stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Basic experience with project management fundamentals, including planning and scheduling, budget tracking, and risk, issue, and change management
- Basic experience with waterfall and agile methodology including Kanban
- Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Excel, MS Teams, SharePoint and ServiceNow
- General knowledge of Privacy, Information Security and/or IT functions and disciplines
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with technical teams
- General knowledge of privacy tools such as OneTrust.
- CAPM, PMP, CSM, OneTrust Fellow, CIPM (preferred)
- Strong work ethic and self-discipline
- Ability to prioritize and focus effort
- Attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
- Solid business writing skills
The typical pay rate for this position is $35.58/hour to $52.40/hour. The rate is negotiable depending upon experience and location.
