Our tech platform connects 3000 tutors/mentors to students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities or their dream career pathway.

**To support our students, we have built / purpose of role**

This is a full-time position, that can be worked remotely or in one of our many offices around the globe.

**What are the main responsibilities for this role?**
- Helping shape the global brand design and execution from brief to completion of all print materials and ensuring they are consistent with brand guidelines e.g. flyers, books, booklets, stand design, presentations, merchandise, etc.
- Design our brands digital and social media campaigns and promotions: Google Display Network (static & animated), EDMs, Social media Posts and Ads, eBooks and landing pages.
- Support business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing campaigns and digital website design, policies and programs.
- Creation of Crimson branded templates in Canva to enable our markets to produce on-brand collateral for their country.
- Ability to support the team with daily graphic design tasks such as: redesigns, renewed branding, and adaptations
- Leading different sub brands growth and supporting in any graphic design work needed from branding to ads to website designs.

**What skills and experience are required?**
- Has a degree in Graphic design, visual communication, advertising or similar
- A portfolio of work that demonstrates your skill
- Able to self-manage multiple projects at once and ensure they are completed in a timely manner
- Fluency in English is essential as this is a global company and 100% of your work day will be in english
- Competency with:

- Canva
- Adobe CC: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop,
- Additional skills in Adobe XD, After Effects or Premiere Pro would be a bonus
