**About the Role**:
- The Talent Acquisition function is looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Global Functions team Talent Acquisition team.
- As a trusted partner to the business, you will have the opportunity to utilise data and intelligence, as well as systems to inform recruitment tactics and strategies.
- The role will support our business in reaching its diversity aspiration by talent pooling and proactively presenting female and Indigenous talent.
- This exciting role will work with a diverse and talented global team of Talent Acquisition professionals and will present many exciting opportunities in the Human Resources space.
**About You**:
- Experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources, with strong business acumen.
- Degree qualified and/or tertiary qualification in HR/Business or similar with extensive end to end experience
- Extensive end to end recruitment experience in Technology or engineering, mining experience preferred or related industry, oil and gas, resourcing or energy
- Exemplary communication, judgement and influencing skills to coach and influence stakeholders in relation to selection decisions.
- Experience in behavioural and competency based interviewing techniques in order to coach and mentor leaders.
- Ability to manage multiple roles at varying stages of a process and perform recruitment process steps within a global Applicant Tracking System and Video Interview system.
- Lastly, you will be encouraged to contribute to continuous improvement of the talent acquisition process, to enable simplification, efficiency and effectiveness of the function.
