We’re looking for a Bilingual Sales Leader (English/Spanish) who combines strategic vision with hands-on sales expertise. You’ll be responsible for leading, coaching, and inspiring a small team of Sales Advisors, supporting them to reach their goals while fostering growth and confidence. At the same time, you’ll manage your own portfolio of students, guiding them through the enrollment process with empathy and excellence.

We’re seeking someone with a proven track record in consultative sales and team leadership, confident in both coaching and selling. You should be data-driven, empathetic, and fluent in English (C1+) and Spanish.
