Senior Events Specialist

The Senior Event Specialist drives events marketing strategy by large-scale events, and essential event initiatives in the country, creating points of difference and driving brand image. Reporting to National Sports Marketing Manager, you will be a project leader, working with all key stakeholders to maximize the impact of major national Sports event initiatives. You will work closely and collaborate with local field teams to use all Sports properties and execute events plans/strategy all along the country. This includes informing goal setting, identifying key scenes and relationships, and guiding relevant initiatives following national events that occur within the country. Responsibilities include all elements of event execution, from creative development to concept, execution, and evaluation. Innovation is priority, followed by excellent and efficient execution.
EXPERIENCIA Tus áreas de conocimiento y experiência

- University degree, ideally in Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
- +3 years of relevant experience in event, project, team coordination, people management, and budget management.
- Competencies and Experience on events, plan and project management.
- Knowledge of several sports and their respective scenes on a national level.
- Experience managing high budgets
- Must be fluent in English speaking and writing.
