The Consumer Products division of this local Hasbro entity provides services for the licensing business of Hasbro International Inc. (HII). We are currently recruiting for this position, based in the local office in this market.

Trade Marketing Manager will partner with agencies in charge and lead Hasbro business on different distribution point of sales in channels.

The purpose of this position is to push and accelerate growth:

- Consolidate the new business model.
- Understand and develop distribution channels, based on multiformat specialization (shopper).
- Store segmentation to execute our brands according to budget, understanding Chile channel strategy.
- onsolidate the new partner commercial structure and team in order to grow Sell Out Mindset.
- Analyze data and find costumer and brands opportunities.
- Help to build our channel strategy trough forecasting process, by item and brand, understand portfolio in order to build share by country/channel
- To lead sales and marketing team in order to inspire partnership across commercial areas.
- To lead costumers to grow our business trough constant communication, negotiation.
- COB Management, this position needs to lead COB lines as exhibitions, marketing and corporate mark downs.
- Negotiations with partners & retailers who wants to invest in our brands.
- Develop people and team building

What You’ll Bring:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economy, Marketing or similar.
- 5-10 years of experience in retail channel sales or trade marketing.
- Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Atlas, Microsoft Teams, data base management.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Understanding commercial and financial KPI´s.
- Creative problem solving / process improvement skills.
- Cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Data understanding and ability to analyse them.
