**Tax Compliance Specialist - ChilePosition Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Tax Compliance Specialist to manage and support tax compliance processes for our operations in Chile. The role will focus on annual and monthly tax compliance, sworn statements, transfer pricing obligations, and tax advisory services in accordance with Chilean tax regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Annual Tax Compliance**
- Assist in the review and preparation of the annual corporate income tax return (Form 22) in compliance with Chilean IRS (SII) guidelines.
- Review relevant sworn statements including Forms 1847, 1926, 1835, 1879, 1909, 1948, 1946, 1930, 1929, and 1913.
- Ensure proper calculation and documentation of tax result, tax credits, disallowed expenses (Art. 21 CITL), and adjustments.
- Review tax base equity and tax records such as RAI and SAC to ensure compliance and accurate annual reporting.

**2. Monthly Tax Compliance**
- Review payroll taxes: validate sole tax and second category tax withholding, support documentation, and reconciliations.
- Ensure proper withholding and declaration of provisional monthly payments and additional taxes (e.g., for foreign service payments under double tax treaties).

**3. Transfer Pricing Compliance**
- Prepare and/or review annual sworn statements (Forms 1913, 1907, and 1951), ensuring compliance with SII deadlines and criteria (Large Taxpayer status, related-party transactions, CbC reporting).

**4. Advisory and Support**
- Provide ongoing tax advisory support through written reports, calls, and meetings.
- Communicate with clients to clarify data requirements and propose solutions for non-standard scenarios.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field.
- Proven experience in Chilean tax compliance and corporate tax law.
- Familiarity with SII filing platforms and Chile’s sworn statement forms.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Effective communication and client service abilities.
- Fluency in Spanish and English(required).
