**About the Quant team**:
The Quantitative Insights team, part of the Project Management group at Techspert, drives the development of our survey offering and related products, as well as leading all survey projects across our client groups. This team has seen rapid growth in 2025 and is now looking to expand to support both ongoing project work and new product areas such as data analysis.
**Key responsibilities**:
- ** Manage Quant research projects end-to-end** — from RFQ response and internal recruitment to vendor management and final resolution
- ** Act as the primary customer liaison** — ensuring real-time communication, progress updates, and smooth delivery throughout the project
- ** Conduct data analysis to expand service offering** — supporting survey design and programming, post-survey data processing, charting, and interpretation of results
**Salary: CLP$1,600,000 gross monthly**
**What we are looking for**:
- ** Fluent in English** to a professional level B2 level
- ** 3+ years’ experience** in a Quantitative role, preferably with international clients
- ** Qualtrics** programming experience
- Previous experience in designing survey questionnaires, survey distribution, and validating and testing the surveys
- Data analysis background
- Strong time management and self-sufficiency as direct manager will be UK-based
