**Job Title**: B2B IT and Finance Operations Sales Representative (Contractor)
**Location**: Remote (Chile-based)
**Company Overview**:Boutique US-based IT and Finance Operations services firm specializing in mid-market solutions ($150M-$2B annual revenue clients). We deliver bespoke managed IT, finance operations staffing, and advisory solutions with a pragmatic, client-first approach.
**Position Overview**:We seek an experienced, driven B2B Sales Representative based in Chile, with a track record of selling IT services and finance operations resources to US clients. This role is contractor-based, fully remote, and requires excellent English communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within targeted mid-market US companies.
- Clearly articulate our value proposition for IT and finance operations solutions, tailored to executive stakeholders (primarily CFOs and CIOs).
- Achieve annual revenue targets (quota) of approximately USD $500,000+.
- Develop and manage a consistent pipeline through proactive outreach, follow-up, and CRM management.
- Collaborate directly with leadership to refine sales messaging and positioning.
**High-Level Quotas**:
- Annual revenue target: USD $500,000+ in new business.
- Monthly qualified pipeline growth target.
- Quarterly revenue benchmarks tied to commission structure.
**Compensation**:
- Monthly retainer: USD $1,500-$2,200/month (typical midpoint $1,800/month).
- Commission: 3-4% on collected first-year revenue, paid quarterly.
- Target Annual Earnings (OTE): USD $35,000-$45,000+ based on quota attainment.

**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years experience selling B2B IT or finance operations services into US markets.

- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, zoho crm).
Pay: $1,421,800 - $2,085,308 per month
