**Role Summary**

Responsible for Tier-3 Operational support.

Ability to respond to issues 24x7 and work as part of a technical virtual team.

Ability to tactically work on global issues and issues involving other disciplines i.e. Hosting

Enhanced trouble-shooting skills in Networking.

Ability to present technical solutions to peers and managers, Shares knowledge and information with others.

**Responsibilities**

Strong knowledge of Cisco Routers (Cisco 800, 1900, 2900, 3800, 3900, 7200, 7600, ASR 903 & ASR 1K) and Switches (Cisco 2900, 3500, 3400 & 3600 (ME series), 3850, 4500 & 6500 series)

Sound knowledge in WAN troubleshooting and work closely with vendors to provide uninterrupted services to client, working for upgradation /degradation of T1, T3/E3 and DS3 circuits

Good knowledge in IP services such as DHCP, DNS, ARP, SMTP, WCCP, RADIUS AND TACACS.

Experience Static Routing, RIPv1, RIPv2, RIPnG, EIGRP, OSPFv2, IS IS, OSPFv3, BGPv4, ODR, GRE, MPLS, L3VPN, IPv6, Policy Based Routing PBR, Route Filtering, Redistribution, Summarization, QoS and PPPoE are required.

Experience In Nexus 7k.5k

Troubleshooting of SDWAN and awareness of Architecture/Design of at least ONE SDWAN Solution, preferably, Cisco.

Broad IT knowledge (Cisco Hardware, VSS, IOS, Cat-OS, NX-OS)

Good knowledge and experience in Network LAN/WAN operations

Proven experience and Troubleshooting working with Cisco IOS Software like 12.x and 15.x.

Vulnerability Management.

End of Life and End of Support Management.

**Education and Skills**

Qualifications:
College degree or equivalent Technical Training.

6-11 years related work experience.

Skills/Experience:
CCNP certificate in Routing & Switching, CCIE will be preferred one.

Good Communication skills, be an active listener, quick ability to diagnose the customer pain area.

Ability to Socialize and Network with Customers and Vendors

Analysis of Capacity & Availability performance of network and provide recommendations

Implement a change in accordance with change plan.

Good technical understanding of internetworking technologies will be added advantage.

Experience in SDWAN and aware of Architecture/Design of at least ONE SDWAN Solution, preferably, Cisco, Versa, Velocloud SDWAN.

Awareness of documentation HLD, LLD.

Ability to jump in to support with hands-on configuration when needed.

Experience interacting with senior level/executives to communicate a message of network and security transformation.

Good Communication skills.
