Inventory Management Manager

**INVENTORY MANAGEMENT MANAGER**
**Location: Flexible within Argentina, Chile, Peru or Brazil**

**The Inventory Manager is responsible for operational inventory control on a day-to-day basis for a range of product lines.**
**This involves but is not restricted to determining and implementing regional inventory level settings and maintenance of system parameters that generate system reorder points, analysis of regional inventory levels at a stockroom level to ensure customer service, working capital and inventory availability expectations are met and regular reporting on inventory KPI’s.**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Ensure targeted fill rates at stockrooms are met and in case of customer service/fill rate failures, analyze and identify the root causes of the failures and formulate a plan of corrective actions.**:

- **Seek to optimize total supply chain performance, for both service & costs.**:

- **Manage the stock planning parameters within a product group in the whole supply chain to the extent allowed the by framework and ERP-programs.**:

- **Ensure the timely processing of returns & redistribution orders to maximize availability & reduce slow moving stock.**:

- **Work with all Supply Chain and Aftermarket partners to continuously improve the inventory control processes, inventory availability and customer service levels.**:

- **Parts Inventory Management (SMCL and SA)**:

- **Consignment stock authorization POC.**:

- **Recruit into and develop the Inventory team to have deep knowledge and understanding of inventory management.**:

- **Manage the Inventory team and ensure that the processes, procedures, and management review structure are in place to ensure customer performance targets are met, and the team is adequately supported.**:

- **Manage inventory settings and ensure that best trade-off is found for working capital vs. items availability for sale.**:

- **Implement and monitor operational KPIs necessary to meet service and working capital targets.**:

- **Design & Execute inventory optimization program (obsolete/excess centralization program)**:

- **Support Global projects.
**JOB PROFILE**:

- **Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain Environment**:

- **Educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally in a business or supply chain discipline.**:

- **English Proficiency: Advanced (CEFR C1/ Completed EF level 14)**:

- **Ability to travel regionally/ globally if required**:

- **Organization Contribution: Management information availability, Informed decision making, optimized inventory levels / inventory availability. Performance Management
