**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective homeowners, introducing them to the benefits of solar energy
- Set and confirm high-quality appointments for our solar consultants
- Use a consultative sales approach to educate and engage potential customers
- Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm while working toward sales goals
- Work collaboratively with the team to drive performance and maximize conversions

**Qualifications**
- Minimum two years of experience in a call center sales role, telemarketing, or lead generation
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to adapt, think quickly, and build rapport over the phone
- Fluency in English & Spanish is required
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to maximize earnings potential

Pay: $188,680 per week

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
