**Mission of Function**

Responsible to support (i) Contract Lifecycle Management & Contract performance / execution Support Finance Bid Management, Sales team, Order to Cash, CLM, Procurement and Customer Service in all relevant aspects related to the contract management activity - (ii) Interface between functional departments, compliance and legal counsel, always driven by the goal to reach the best contract management solution for the project and for the business - (iii) outlines binding principles of Claim Management as a structured process to manage and mitigate contractual and legal risks

**Responsibilities**

1. Support Bid Management and Sales team when necessary in negotiation of Contracts PM 40-70

2. Support in Public Tenders with analysis, Q&A, clarifications and as well as the Public project execution when necessary

3. Provide Standard templates for formal notifications, formal letters, including their revision for customers and suppliers

4. Responsible for coordinating with Legal Team the standard templates for contract exhibit, amendments and fallback clauses

5. Support OTC, CS, CLM, Procurement in contract or amendments negotiation

6. Responsible for interacting with Legal Team in order to mitigate or avoid potential risks or Legal issues over government procedures.

7. Analyze T&C over Suppliers and suggest innovative solutions to cover contractual requirements and liabilities in order to minimize risks.

8. Define a Claim Strategy together with the involved areas providing best solution to solve the customers/suppliers complaints.

9. Structure Claim Management process and tools

10. Support ES and DH complex projects handover and Contract Checklist

11. Ensure Administration & Archive of Legal documents and Contracts

12. Promote internal trainings about contract management and claim management

**Professional**

Completed degree in law, business administration, economics or financials degree is required.
- Intermediate/advanced English (due to Headquarter interaction).
- Legal training; Up-to-date knowledge of contract law; Strong negotiating skills
- Communication talent; Confident manner; Consulting skills
**Experience**:
At least 5 years of experience at a well respected law firm or in the legal department of a multinational company with contract management experience as inhouse or as an external partner.
