**_OPERATIONS MANAGER_**

**_Your Mission_**
- Reporting to General manager you will be responsible for ensure compliance with the production and stock levels of the products marketed by the company, also supervising and controlling that the production, maintenance, distribution, sales administration and Finished Products Warehouse tasks are carried out in accordance with the quality and safety policies, safety, occupational health and environmental protection of the company and under current legal regulations._

**_What you will do_**
- _Supervise and control that the work of the personnel under their charge is carried out under the conditions of safety, quality and environmental protection defined by the company for their area._
- _Supervise and control the execution of the company's monthly production plan._
- _Define and control the expense budget of the Operations Management._
- _Supervise and control the execution of maintenance programs for equipment and machinery, as well as their repair._
- _Define, execute and control infrastructure improvement and change work within the plant._
- _Evaluate and implement productive improvement processes within the plant._
- _Control and supervise the production, storage and dispatch process of the company's products._
- _Supervise and control that the facilities and machinery comply with the safety, quality, safety and environmental protection measures defined by the company._
- _Supervise and control that production processes are carried out according to work plans and manufacturing procedures for each product._
- _Ensure that the personnel in charge comply with the safety, quality, safety and environmental protection measures defined by the company._
- _Supervise that the systemic processes and entry of production information into the company's computer systems are properly carried out._
- _Supervise and control that sales, logistics and distribution administration activities are carried out correctly._
- _Supervise and control compliance with the management indicators requested for operations management._
- _Supervise compliance with the hygiene, traceability, inventory, safety and environmental standards of the different areas of management._
- _Manage the training and development of the technical and personal skills required by your work team._
- _Ensure compliance with customer service standards defined for your area._

**_What we expect from you_**
- _Full proficiency in Spanish and English_
- _Minimum 10 years experiences as Operations manager_
- _It is a plus to have knowledge of the food sector._
- _Combines theorical expertise with hands-on._
