We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our J&J DPS business. You will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for the **Trauma and CMF Platform **focusing on customer needs while achieving market share and profitability growths. The business is well supported by an innovation pipeline and regional marketing support.

Reporting to the BU Director, you will be responsible for creating, communicating, and defining strategies and tactics based upon market input while taking initiative to highlight opportunities and activate them within the portfolio. You will be adept at building strong relationships with key stakeholders with a strong affinity to develop market analysis, market and customer insights to enable the achievement of marketing/sales performance objectives to accelerate long-term growth outlook.
- RESPONSIBILITIES- Drive the development and implementation the Trauma and CMF marketing strategy based on market dynamics and voice of customer to achieve brand, market share, sales & contribution goals.
- Build long-term sales and market share forecasting models, pricing options based on forward thinking, sound research and credible scenarios
- A strong business partner with sales, Planning and other functions to ensure tactical plans are aligned with strategic plans, including growth plans for ongoing portfolios.
- Develop NPI launch excellence plans that meet business goals including customer awareness, interest, evaluation and conversion; ensure strong collaboration with internal stakeholders across all stages of pre-launch, launch and post-launch to ensure excellence in execution
- Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and professional groups to support brand and market development activities

This position is located in Chile - LATAM and requires up to 25% travel, predominantly Southern Cluster.**Qualifications**:

Level of education: Postgraduate
Advanced/Fluency in English
Fluency in Spanish
- **Experience Required**:
Previous experience in strategic marketing positions
Experience in people management - is desirable
At least 8 years of experience in the healthcare sector
- Must be capable of managing and prioritizing multiple priorities.
- Must possess demonstrated people management experience with excellent leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically. Can operate in two worlds — big picture orientation with attention to detail. Interpersonal flexibility to effectively interact with a broad range of personnel.
- Builds effective teams that work well across functions and groups. Advanced communication and presentation skills required.
