**Company Overview**:Boutique US-based IT and Finance Operations services firm specializing in mid-market solutions ($150M-$2B annual revenue clients). We deliver bespoke managed IT, finance operations staffing, and advisory solutions with a pragmatic, client-first approach.

**Position Overview**:The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will proactively identify and qualify leads within US-based private equity firms and their mid-market portfolio companies ($150M-$2B revenue). This role specifically targets operating partners, CFOs, and managing partners to schedule introductory conversations and position Safebox’s IT & finance optimization services effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct targeted research to identify key decision-makers in US PE firms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, PitchBook).
- Qualify prospects based on specific criteria (EBITDA improvement potential, operational complexity).
- Schedule initial discovery calls/meetings for US-based senior leadership.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and outreach tracking.
- Provide weekly performance reports and feedback for outreach effectiveness.

**Compensation**:

- Monthly Base Pay: $2,500-$3,500 USD
- Performance-Based Bonus: Quarterly bonus up to $2,000 USD based on KPIs:

- Number of qualified meetings scheduled.
- Conversion rate from outreach to scheduled meetings.
- Annual OTE (On Target Earnings): Approx. $36,000-$50,000 USD.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent, native-level English speaker with excellent written communication.
- Minimum 3 years of proven success in B2B sales development, specifically targeting US or EU markets.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and cold outreach techniques.
- Comfortable interacting with senior executives (C-level, Managing Partners).
- Highly organized, self-driven, metrics-oriented.
- Previous familiarity with private equity or financial operations is highly preferred.

**Initial KPIs**:

- Schedule 8-12 qualified introductory meetings per month.
- Maintain an outreach-to-meeting conversion rate of at least 15%.

**Next Steps**:

- Three-month initial pilot period to evaluate performance.
- Opportunity for growth and further incentives based on demonstrable ROI and alignment with Safebox’s strategic objectives.

Pay: $2,314,225 - $3,239,915 per month
