Now we are looking for this position**:Revenue Mgmt Sr Manager**
You will support the Stronger Revenue Management capability transformation agenda within the Latin America Beverages System (i.e. LAB and bottling partner companies). You will focus on elevating our capabilities as a System on Price-Pack Architecture (PPA) by stepping up our analytical methods and automation. You will also support the development of PPA for AOP, Joint Plans and 3 Year Plans in key Market Units and also will support knowledge programs and analytical tool development. This position involves project management and lead of multi-functional teams within Pepsico, our bottling partner’s organizations and external consultants.

**Accountabilities**
**Elevating Price-Pack Architecture capabilities**
- Lead within the system processes to embed the adoption of quantitative and advanced analytical methods to inform strategic and tactical price-pack architecture decisions.
- Execute the set-up of quantitative models with MU teams, and drive project with internal or external consultants.
- Support Pepsico MU teams in definition of PPA strategies for AOP, Joint Plan and 3 Yr Plan; or in critical course corrective situations presented by competitive environment or external effects on the business.
- Lead the design and Lift & Shift of new Revenue Management analytical tools.
- Drive efficiencies through the development or improvement of Revenue Management Advanced Analytics tools for the System, to accelerate decision making and Net Revenue Growth; requires strong collaboration with Latam Business Intelligence and Business Science teams, or external consultants.
- Co-lead the Revenue Management Learning Agenda
- Lead the agenda, planning and logistics to execute Workshops and Best Practice Sharing events within the System to transfer knowledge on any of the key Revenue Management Levers (Price-Pack Architecture, Mix Optimization and Trade Spend Optimization).
- Design of new Revenue Management Workshop content, lead development of content, or adaptation of Pepsico global content and management of 3rd party consultants.

**Budget**
- Support execution of Revenue Management budget of ~$160K per year for Capability Building Agenda.Location: Bogota, Colombia; Santiago, Chile.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics or engineering
- Post graduate degree in same areas desirable
- 7 yrs working experience; including 3yrs specifically in Revenue Management
- Proven project management experience
- Knowledge of applied econometrics / advanced analytics
- Fluent in Spanish and English

**Location**: This position can be based in Chile or Colombia
