**Job Description**: **Responsibilities**: Design and develop standardized microservices and components as part of the strategic platform rollout Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards Recommend and develop security measures in post implementation analysis of business usage to ensure successful system design and functionality Consult with users/clients and other technology groups on issues, recommend advanced programming solutions, and install and assist customer exposure systems Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members **Qualifications**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills 1+ years of experience working with microservice architecture 1+ years of experience with NoSQL or Relational DB Knowledge of cloud-native best practices Knowledge of security, such as authentication, authorization, entitlements, RBAC and ABAC access controls Experience with Continuous Integration tools such as Jenkins or TeamCity Hands-on experience with designing and building event-driven distributed systems Must have a positive attitude and a readiness to lead from the front Professional working proficiency in English Native proficiency in Spanish Desirable Skills Experience as scrum master 2+ years of experience with Kafka 2+ years of experience with Docker and OpenShift Experience with Observability framework such as AppDynamics **Education**: Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience What We Offer Opportunity to work in a diverse and inclusive environment Collaboration with a high-caliber team, which will motivate and inspire you to do your best Exposure to senior leaders and internal stakeholders, creating an opportunity to strengthen your business knowledge Flexible working environment Top-tier employee benefits Esta y todas las ofertas de Citigroup Chile S.A. se encuentran bajo el marco de la Ley N°21.015 que incentiva la inclusión de personas en situación de discapacidad al mundo laboral.
