What you'll do:

- Proposing and implementing solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy for spart parts and consumables for the technical department.
- Developing effective forecast models based on consumption patterns and sales forecast
- Manage work orders using, Service level agreements and technicians working hours into SAP
- Coordinating with purchasing, logistics and sales the Service execution of the technical after sales team.
- Developing and maintain KPI set for the technical department to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness.
- Once a job is planned and estimated, prior to scheduling, verifies the availability of parts, materials and special tools required for its execution
- Implement, Populate and maintain GEA Gestión maintenance management software.
- Support with technical information to the Sales back-office personnel

**Your profile and qualifications**:
Who you are:

- University degree in Civil industrial engineering, industrial engineering, maintenance, commercial engineering, Mechanical or Electromechanical.
- 1-4 years of experience.
- Experience in planning of service teams or demand planning.
- Collaboration with different areas.
- Continuous reporting of KPI.
- Software curiosity
- Intermediate user of Excel and data mining, use pivot tables and create basic Macros.
- Strong communicator, good net-worker.
- Knowledge of ERP (SAP) - CRM systems.
- High statistics and analytics capabilities to detect data trends.
- Open to learn and improve English.
