This is a direct hire position with full time benefits.
Our client is searching for a Data Scientist to fill a remote, permanent role in a growing organization that uses AI, ML and analytics to drive best in class industry insights for customers. Primary responsibilities for this role include optimizing outcomes using machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and semantic analysis along with other techniques. Primary responsibilities for this role include working with data engineers, product managers and clinicians to extract and manipulate data for deep insights, optimizing member/patient outcomes and presenting these results in a format consumable by a wide variety of people and teams. You will also develop hypothesis testing as well as constructing and validating hypothesis using appropriate statistical and mathematical techniques. To be successful in this role you will need at least 5 years of experience as a data scientist using python/R or similar development languages to drive statistical analysis. Experience in the healthcare industry, including quantifying clinical outcomes and member/patient behavior utilizing disparate data sources is required.
You will also need to have experience working in and agile/scrum environment to navigate processes and understand where to ask for changes or additions to solutions.
