- Effective influencer, capable of building direct and indirect support for ideas across teams.
- Proactive mindset, identifying and removing obstacles to support team progress.
- Collaborative approach, sharing knowledge and credit to build trust and credibility.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.

Desired Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts.
- Capable of breaking down complex problems and estimating development tasks with guidance from senior engineers.
- Ability to identify and report potential business opportunities during customer interactions.
- Flexibility to work across different shifts and availability for occasional travel within Latam.

What will your typical day look like?
- Execute and oversee engineering documentation for ongoing and new projects.
- Identify and address risks and opportunities, resolving issues and implementing corrective actions as part of project teams.
- Conduct technical meetings, perform expert analyses, and support commissioning activities during customer visits.
- Participate in technical team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training activities.
- Coordinate the ECR and ECO processes for products deployed in your designated region as System Engineer.
- Support root cause analysis for issues affecting products in your assigned region.
- Assist in negotiating changes in scope, cost, and lead times with customers, while ensuring internal alignment with the management and project teams for necessary approvals.
- Ensure deliverables are aligned with the intended project outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of procedures.
- Adhere to internal company policies, procedures, and values, embracing our culture of People First, Expand the Possible, Embrace Diversity, and One Wabtec.
