The Manager Treasury will be responsible for managing the daily treasury and cash management activities performed by the treasury analysis team ensuring policy compliance is adhered to. You will initiate trades in the investment portal based on the cash requirements for the day. The Manager Treasury will review all work performed by treasury team including overseeing and releasing of wire payments as well as overseeing the month end process for treasury to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data. Oversee the balances for numerous international entities, moving money as necessary ensuring the entities are in a positive cash flow ensuring no overdraft charges are incurred. Ensure the integrity of the information in the G Treasury platform recommending and implementing improvements to the current process.

The Manager Treasury will manage all relationships with banks, credit card and investment companies Robert Half is associated with including international relationships. Negotiate better rates and fees where applicable. Responsible for implementing and administrating all new banking programs used by Robert Half to include opening of new accounts both domestically and internationally. Track all lines of credit, notes payable, loc’s, guarantees and capitalized contracts for quarterly and monthly reporting. Monitor bank accounts making recommendations to move money between accounts to maintain positive cash balances. Initiate conversations with the banks/investment firms/outside service providers regarding new products when requested from other areas. Keep updated on banking products and trends. Research and resolve escalated issues with the banks as they arise. Assist other departments with banking contacts and questions when rolling out new processes at RH by participating in meetings and conference calls. Update all process maps quarterly ensuring all processes are documented properly. Quarterly reporting to GL on LOC's, contracts, notes payable, interest paid and year end 10K footnote. Ensure integrity of data interfacing to PS from G Treasury ensure accurate reporting of financials.

The Manager Treasury will maintain and update treasury and cash management policies and procedures keeping current with technology changes within the banks and RHI. This includes oversite of training, and ensuring staff is current on all changes and updates to conform with corporate guidelines including Sarbanes Oxley compliance. Work with both external and internal auditors answering questions aiding as necessary. Assist Senior Management in researching, compiling, and preparing analysis for investment programs identifying options available to the company while following the guidelines of the current RHI Investment policy. Keeping current regarding investment trends. Ensure all processes are documented for G Treasury and work with customer support when issues or concerns arise. Write and administer performance reviews as well as addressing performance issues if necessary. Manage resources/headcount to ensure timely delivery of team services. Provide coaching and feedback for employees to facilitate skill development, growth, and team collaboration.

Qualifications:

- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 years in a treasury, cash management, or accounting position. Minimum 3 years in a Supervisory position. Experience with XRT Treasury workstation. Experience with G Treasury (cash management system) preferred.
- MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, Peoplesoft, Strong mathematical and analytical aptitudes, Strong ability to learn banking software for each individual bank, Ability to train employees on new processes, procedures, and banking products.
- Must have strong knowledge of entire treasury process and be willing and able to answer all questions and respond to Senior Management and Auditors in a timely manner.
- Membership in Treasury or Accounting Association.
- A strong degree of trust and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
