The scope of responsibility encompasses analytics-based decision support across the Supply Chain organization at strategic, tactical and operational levels. **You will be responsible for**: Daily responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): - Performing statistical analysis of structure/unstruct data sets; development of data driven mathematical models (main focus in longtern decision making process) - Develop computational solutions in scripting languages such as: Julia, Python, Mosel; managing different working relationship in order to get all the pieces of information to solve business problems. **Qualifications**: **Requirements and Education**: An B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree, in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Sciences, Statistics, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline is required. **Knowledge and Skill Sets**: Strong working knowledge of mathematical optimization specially in algorithm development. Strong understanding of manufacturing and business processes. Experience developing mathematical programming models for process optimization. Strong knowledge of supply chain and operations management processes, such as planning, scheduling, inventory management. Working knowledge in data mining algorithms including machine learning techniques such as regression, decision trees, probability networks, association rules, clustering, neural networks, Bayesian models. Familiarity with large datasets, handling of healthcare relevant datasets and understanding of data analysis workflows. **Computer Skills**: Programming language such as: - R, Python, Julia, SAS or Java. Proficient with process optimization tools such as Gurobi, CPLEX, BARON **Primary Location**:Santiago, Chile **Reporting to**:PRINCIPAL DATA SCIENTIST
