We are seeking a **Senior Agile Project Manager** to join our team for a global project with an international client

**What you´ll do**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and project progress.
- Oversee the implementation of agile methodologies and practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on agile principles and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Monitor and track project progress identifying and addressing any impediments to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Collaborate with product owners to define and prioritize the product backlog ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Implement strategies to optimize multi-channel customer experiences leveraging agile methodologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Conduct regular assessments of team performance and agile processes identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Ensure transparency and visibility of project status through effective reporting and communication with stakeholders.
- Drive the adoption of agile tools and techniques to enhance team collaboration and project

**Necessary skills and experience required**:

- Advanced level of English.
- More than 10 years of experience in similar positions.
- Possess a deep understanding of agile principles and practices with proven experience as a Scrum Master in CX and Multi Channel domains.
- Ability to use project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
- Excellent communication, organization, time management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
- Certifications in agile project management, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or similar.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and facilitation skills with the ability to guide and support cross-functional teams.
