About the Role

We're launching a new gutter and roofing business and is looking for a proactive, bilingual Admin Assistant to help build the foundation. This is a unique opportunity to support a growing company from the ground up, ideal for someone with experience in startups, construction, or roofing industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and managing the business’s Facebook page and social media presence
- Research and reach out to potential clients, vendors, or partners
- Organize and send business information as needed
- Help document and learn internal processes as the business grows
- Provide general administrative support to Mariel, including hiring coordination

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual required)
- Experience working with roofing or construction companies (highly preferred)
- Background in administrative support or business operations
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $4,800 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

**Experience**:

- Roofing or Construction: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
