**Estructura**:el TL le reporta al Coordinador del Service Center y tendrá REPS (operarios) a cargo. Dependiendo del tamaño del site podrían ser entre 10 y 25 personas.

**Funciones**:

- Liderar y gestionar al equipo de reps (operarios) a cargo para asegurar el éxito y la eficiencia en cada uno de los procesos operativos involucrados.- Liderar todos los procesos operativos dentro del SVC considerando Descarga, Etiquetado, Sorting y Despacho entre otros para que se realicen con calidad, en los tiempo establecidos y cumpliendo todas las normas de seguridad de su personal a cargo- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las métricas operativas del centro de distribución, garantizando que cada fase del proceso de envío se ejecute con altos estándares de calidad, puntualidad y seguridad.- Identificar y analizar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos, tomando decisiones operativas que estén alineadas al cuidado de la experiência de clientes internos y externos.
- Fomentar el desarrollo de un equipo de alto rendimiento, promoviendo los más altos estándares de seguridad y manteniendo un ambiente de trabajo positivo y colaborativo velando por proteger la cultura MELI.

**Requisitos**:

- Estudios técnicos o superiores completos (mínimo 4 años).- Experiência comprobada en liderazgo de equipos de 10-20 personas.- Sólidos conocimientos en mejora continua,dominio de operaciones, conocimiento logística, supply chain, distribución o planeamiento de la demanda.
- Manejo de Office a nível usuario-intermedio.
- Este perfil busca un líder proactivo, con capacidad para motivar al equipo y enfocado en la excelencia operativa y la mejora continua.
